Inspecting and repairing aged buoyancy modules is important for ensuring the safe and successful operations offshore. It is very cost-effective comparing to the costly downtime of the operations due to the failure of the buoyancy devices.
CBM offers a complete buoyancy module inspection, repair and rebuilding service both in-house and on-site. Our unique repair materials and procedures can fix and renew the buoyancy module to a maximum extent whether it has superficial damages or subsurface cracks. In the case of severely damaged modules, CBM can rebuild the modules to the same specs as the original ones. CBM’s repair capability covers all OEM’s buoyancy modules, offering a time saving and cost reducing option. All repaired and replaced modules from CBM come with a warranty that is the same as the new products. |
